Description
Bremer UGE100 primarily used for voltage isolation and signal conversion in industrial automation control systems. Bremer UGE100 is specifically designed for industrial environments, enabling high-potential isolation between input and output circuits to effectively protect subsequent control circuits from high-voltage interference.

Bremer UGE100 employs a specific voltage conversion design, supporting a conversion ratio of 100+10+10V/5+3V with a maximum output current of 5mA. This module utilizes high-quality core materials and precision winding technology, featuring high-potential isolation capability with isolation voltage up to 10kV upon request. Compared to optocoupler isolation solutions, the transformer solution adopted by Bremer UGE100 offers superior long-term aging stability.

Bremer UGE100 features excellent environmental adaptability, with a standard operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C; certain extended versions support wide-temperature operation from -40°C to +85°C, and the storage temperature range is -40°C to +85°C. This ensures that Bremer UGE100 maintains stable performance in harsh industrial environments.

For three-phase detection applications, Bremer UGE100 can combine three transformers into a single assembly, supporting standard DIN rail mounting. This module can be optionally equipped with protection circuits, connection elements, and necessary rectification devices to form a compact assembly. In comprehensive power monitoring solutions, Bremer UGE100 is often used in conjunction with the IGE100 (input current conversion type) from the same series.
