Upon detecting any deviation, the faulty channel is immediately isolated—all without disruption or switching time, while maintaining SIL3/AK6 integrity for safety loops. With this “3-2-0” fault-tolerance mechanism, Trusted TMR has become the “last line of defense” for offshore platforms, large-scale LNG liquefaction chains, Emergency Shutdown (ESD) systems, and Fire & Gas (F&G) systems. It ensures safe operation even under extreme environmental conditions, lightning strikes, or single-card failures, providing continuous protection for personnel and assets.
