Features:
- 10.2-inch 800 × 480 TFT display with resistive touch input
- Separate RS-232 and RS-485 serial communication paths
- Ethernet plus USB host and device interfaces for the K configuration
MCGS
TPC1062K presents the downloaded operator project on its TFT display and returns touch selections to the configured screen objects.
The HMI exchanges process data through individually configured RS-232, RS-485, or Ethernet paths, allowing each port to serve the protocol assigned in the project.
Flash memory stores the project while SDRAM supports the active runtime, and the USB interfaces of
TPC1062K provide separate peripheral and engineering connections.
Apter Power provides quotations, product selection, and model matching for MCGS TPC1062K.

Turn operator touches into HMI commands
- Panel: 10.2-inch TFT with 800 × 480 pixel resolution
- Backlight: LED illumination supports the operator display
- Touch layer: Four-wire resistive input registers local selections
- Runtime path: Touch events are passed to the active objects in the downloaded project
Assign each serial standard to the connected device
- RS-232: One point-to-point serial interface
- RS-485: One differential multidrop-capable interface
- Protocol setup: The project assigns driver, address, baud rate, and framing
- Wiring boundary: RS-232 and RS-485 electrical connections must not be interchanged
Configure the network path used by the HMI project
- K-version interface: TPC1062K includes one Ethernet port
- Variant boundary: TPC1062KS does not include the K-version Ethernet path
- Network setup: The HMI project defines the supported controller protocol and addressing
- Data exchange: Configured screen objects read and write values through the network driver
Separate runtime memory from retained project data
- Flash memory: 128 MB retains the downloaded HMI project
- Runtime memory: 64 MB SDRAM supports active screens and data handling
- USB host: Provides a connection for supported peripheral functions
- USB device: Provides the supported engineering-transfer connection
