Features:
- 1/16 DIN DC1000 controller configured for RTD measurement
- SPDT control relay with a separate alarm relay
- Dual four-digit display, bargraph, and local PID or ON/OFF control
Honeywell
DC1010CR-101000-E accepts a supported RTD sensor and converts the measured resistance into the process value used by its control calculation.
The 101000 option group routes the calculated result to one main relay and provides one alarm relay, while leaving output 2, retransmission, remote setpoint, and serial communication uninstalled.
Operators view process value, setpoint, and output behavior on the front display, and
DC1010CR-101000-E retains its configuration in nonvolatile EEPROM.
Apter Power provides quotations, product manuals, and exact-code matching for Honeywell DC1010CR-101000-E.

Convert the selected RTD signal into process value
- Sensor types: Pt100, JPt100, and JPt50 resistance sensors
- Conversion: A 14-bit converter digitizes the process input
- Sampling: The process value is sampled every 250 ms
- Accuracy: Digital indication is specified at ±0.2% of full scale
Route control and alarm actions to separate relays
- Control output: Output 1 is an SPDT relay rated 3 A at 240 V AC
- Second output: Output 2 is not fitted in the 101000 configuration
- Alarm path: One separate alarm relay is installed
- Omitted options: Retransmission and remote-setpoint input are not fitted
Choose PID or ON/OFF response for the loop
- PID: The controller calculates proportional, integral, and derivative response
- ON/OFF: Two-state control is available for simpler processes
- Local setpoint: The setpoint is entered at the controller because remote setpoint is omitted
- Stored setup: EEPROM retains tuning and configuration values without operating power
Read process, setpoint, and output state locally
- Numeric indication: Two four-digit LED displays present process and setpoint values
- Bargraph: A ten-segment bargraph shows the configured operating quantity
- Status indication: Front LEDs identify active outputs and operating states
- Operator keys: Local keys select displays and enter controller settings
