Features:
- Eight HART-capable current output channels
- Selectable 0–10 mA, 0–20 mA, and 4–20 mA ranges
- Channel diagnostics with optional I/O redundancy
The Siemens 6DL1135-6TF00-0EH1 transfers controller output data from the ET 200SP HA backplane into eight field current loops.
Each channel of 6DL1135-6TF00-0EH1 can carry its analog value and HART communication over the same two-wire connection.
Diagnostic indicators on 6DL1135-6TF00-0EH1 separate loop-level faults from module supply and maintenance conditions.
The Siemens 6DL1135-6TF00-0EH1 AQ 8xI HART HA Analog Output Module may still be available for purchase and support from Apter Power beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

How the eight current channels are organized
- Range selection: Each 6DL1135-6TF00-0EH1 channel is parameterized for 0–10 mA, 0–20 mA, or 4–20 mA operation.
- Resolution: The selected range determines whether the channel uses 14-bit, 15-bit, or signed 16-bit conversion.
- Load path: Two-wire actuators receive the commanded current through the assigned output and load-voltage path.
- Settling behavior: A 1.2 ms settling time applies to resistive and inductive output loads.
Process current and device communication
- Shared loop: HART data travels on the same current loop that carries the analog output value.
- Processing time: Enabling HART changes the channel-processing contribution to the overall module cycle.
- Address space: HART variables and PROFINET status data add to the module input address allocation.
- MultiHART: The module can process multiple HART variables while maintaining the configured current outputs.
Fault reporting from channel to module
- Loop faults: 6DL1135-6TF00-0EH1 detects wire-break and short-circuit conditions for individual channels.
- Range monitoring: Overflow and underflow states are reported against the configured current range.
- Supply supervision: The PWR and DIAG indicators separate load-voltage status from module diagnostics.
- Substitute values: Configured substitute values can be connected when a diagnostic condition requires a defined output response.
Behavior of an M1 redundant pair
- Normal sharing: Two redundant 6DL1135-6TF00-0EH1 modules each deliver half of the commanded current.
- Failover: If one module fails, the partner module assumes the complete current command.
- Terminal requirement: I/O redundancy is available when 6DL1135-6TF00-0EH1 uses an M1 terminal block.
- Transfer time: The documented maximum redundancy failover time is 20 ms.
