Features:
- 30 kW normal-use rating with 60 A output
- R4 IP21 wall-mounted mechanical format
- Documented 280 m³/h cooling-air demand
ACS510-01-060A-4 is the 60 A R4 configuration for 30 kW applications.
The larger power stage can coordinate process speed and status with plant control systems, but requires deliberate electrical, thermal, mechanical, and communication integration.
Engineering release should follow a feeder and cable study, R4 mounting and cooling review, motor and stopping calculations, signal and Modbus ownership, safe commissioning, and maintainable access planning.
Availability is subject to Apter Power's current inventory and sourcing confirmation.

Mechanical and cooling layout
- Mounting: Confirm wall or panel support, fasteners, orientation, and access route.
- Airflow: Provide the documented cooling volume without hot-air recirculation.
- Cable space: Reserve bend radius, support, terminal, and cover-removal clearances.
- Service: Keep fans, panel, power terminals, and communication hardware reachable.
30 kW electrical coordination
- Fault current: Use the site study when selecting the isolation and protective devices.
- Fuse basis: Coordinate the published IEC value with conductor and local-code limits.
- Motor cable: Review length, voltage drop, shielding, insulation, and output switching.
- PE system: Verify protective-earth conductors, bonding, and shield terminations.
Modbus command boundaries
- Master design: Document the controller, polling, addresses, serial settings, and termination.
- Authority: Define how network, terminals, and panel control transfer safely.
- Timeout: Specify stop, alarm, or fallback behavior for communication loss.
- Evidence: Retain mapping, accepted tests, firmware, and parameter backup.
