Description
The ABB AGDR-72C is a pluggable gate driver board designed specifically for IGBT module kits, adapting to FS300R12KE3 (300A/1200V) and FS450R17KE3 (450A/1700V) modules. It achieves stable gate drive through a 24V DC power supply and a 250mA control signal input, and features built-in protection circuitry for undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, and over-temperature lockout of the IGBT modules.
The AGDR-72C operates normally in industrial environments ranging from -40°C to +70°C and provides ≥2500V AC insulation (1 minute), ensuring safe isolation between the control and power modules. The board uses a direct screw mounting method for easy and quick installation on IGBT modules while maintaining signal path reliability.
The board outputs clear gate drive signals and provides a status feedback interface for direct monitoring of IGBT module operation and abnormal events. Engineers can easily connect to external monitoring systems through the interface layout for efficient diagnostics and analysis.
