Features:
- Common communication-controller architecture serves process and cabin I/O assemblies.
- Optical channels connect the system controller and the extended I/O or feedback equipment.
- Separate communication and terminal indicators support assembly-level fault tracing.
DAPU100 3ASC25H204 works with a unit-specific terminal board instead of presenting one universal set of field terminals. The process-I/O and cabin-I/O arrangements can therefore use a common controller design while retaining the signal connections required by each location.
The optical connections form part of the installed ASTAT communication layout. Local process I/O and cabin equipment occupy different positions in that layout, so the route needs to be interpreted in the context of the assembly being serviced.
Separate indications are provided for communication and the terminal connection. This grouping distinguishes the controller's communication role from the field-signal indications on the associated terminal board.
Apter Power provides document, quotation and procurement support for the ABB DAPU100 3ASC25H204 I/O Control Board.

- In the control-module process-I/O arrangement, channel 1 connects internally by fibre to the ASTAT system control board.
- In that process-I/O arrangement, channel 2 provides the fibre connection toward speed-feedback or cabin equipment.
- The communication controller and unit-specific termination board are separate elements of the I/O architecture.
- Local process-I/O communication within an ASTAT control-module assembly.
- Cabin I/O arrangements that concentrate field signals away from the main control module.
- Extended crane I/O used to carry more detailed individual-motor feedback to the control system.
- Control-desk and operator-station I/O communication in configured ASTAT installations.
- I/O is a yellow indicator associated with process-I/O communication.
- I/O E is a yellow indicator associated with extended process-I/O communication.
- TERM is a yellow indicator associated with the terminal connector.
- RUN OK is green; its colour alone is not a substitute for checking the complete system's operating and fault state.
- Cabin-module connections include both fixed and configuration-dependent signals; they are not a universal terminal map for the controller alone.
- The cabin-module second optical information channel is listed for DAPM 100, not for every cabin variant.
- The cabin LED display uses the module's system-cable connection; it is distinct from the controller's on-board status indicators.
- Master-switch signal assignments depend on the selected drive and limit-switch configuration, including hoist versus travel duties.
