The Fuji Electric 6MBI450U-120 IGBT module is designed to balance high power and stability. Its collector-emitter voltage is rated at 1200V, and its gate-emitter voltage supports a wide input range of ±20V, effectively adapting to the control requirements of different drive circuits, preventing gate overvoltage damage, and improving module operational safety. The module exhibits excellent current carrying capacity. At an ambient temperature of 25°C, the rated collector current (IC) is 600A, and the pulsed collector current (ICp) can reach 1200A. When the temperature rises to 80°C, the rated collector current still maintains 450A, and the pulsed collector current reaches 900A. It also supports a reverse rated current of -450A and a reverse pulse current of -900A, effectively handling current fluctuations under complex operating conditions and meeting the drive requirements of high-power equipment.
This module demonstrates outstanding performance in thermal performance and power loss control. It has a rated collector power dissipation of 2080W, a junction temperature that can withstand up to 150°C, and a storage temperature range covering -40°C to +125°C, enabling it to adapt to extreme high and low temperature industrial environments and reducing the impact of temperature on module performance. Furthermore, the module has an isolation voltage of 2500VAC, providing excellent electrical isolation and effectively resisting circuit interference to ensure stable equipment operation. In terms of installation and wiring, the recommended tightening torque for the module's three mounting screws and four terminals is 3.5 N·m. The standardized installation parameters facilitate on-site assembly and maintenance, reduce construction difficulty, and ensure connection reliability, avoiding overheating or failure due to poor contact. This fully meets the core requirements of industrial automation, power electronics and other fields for high-reliability components.
