Features:
- Separate switched branches distribute power to individual Mark V LM cores and boards.
- Dedicated connectors feed TCPS, TCEA, TCTG, DTBA, DTBC, DTBD, and CTBA circuits.
- The BJS jumper supports the panel's external ground-reference arrangement.
DS200TCPDG1B is the central TCPD module in the <PD> core, not a signal-processing board. It accepts the cabinet supply arrangement and routes 125 V DC and selected AC power to defined Mark V LM destinations.
J1R, J1S, J1T, J1C, and J1D serve the TCPS boards in their assigned cores. J7, J8, J12, JPD, and JZ groups serve protection, contact-input, solenoid, monitoring, and AC-related paths.
SW1 through SW8 provide branch control. No software configuration is assigned to the TCPD module.
Apter Power continues to support General Electric DS200TCPDG1B Power Distribution Module sourcing and documentation after the manufacturer's End-of-Life (EOL).

Core and terminal-board feeds
- Core feeds: J1R, J1S, J1T, J1C, and J1D distribute 125 V DC to TCPS boards in the R1, R2, R3, R5, and R cores. These feeds let a core-specific loss be traced to one connector path.
- Protection and solenoid paths: J7W feeds TCTG, while J7X, J7Y, and J7Z feed the three TCEA positions in the protective core. J8A through J8D supply DTBC and DTBD solenoid circuits in the digital cores.
- Contact-input branch: J12A and J12B supply DTBA wetted-contact inputs. The connector name and core destination should agree with the panel drawing before a branch is energized.
Branch isolation logic
- Core switches: SW1 through SW5 control the R1, R2, R3, R5, and R core feeds. SW6, SW7, and SW8 control the X, Y, and Z TCEA board positions in the protective core.
- Branch protection: Each switch acts on a defined distribution branch, while the fuse layout protects individual output groups. If only one destination is lost, compare the affected connector with its switch and fuse instead of disturbing unrelated circuits.
- Repeated fuse operation: An opened fuse should not be replaced repeatedly until the connected cable and load have been checked for the condition that operated it.
BJS configuration
- BJS reference: The BJS hardware jumper provides ground-reference isolation for systems that use an external reference. With BJS installed, the TCPD provides the ground reference; systems that already establish the reference externally require the alternate BJS position used for that arrangement.
- Hardware setting: This is a hardware-only setting. DS200TCPDG1B has no software configuration that can correct an incorrect BJS position.
- Post-change check: After changing TCPD hardware, compare BJS with the 125 V DC grounding diagram before reconnecting branch loads.
Where the TCPD function is used
- Distributed loads: The TCPD module supports core power conversion through TCPS boards, direct protective-core feeds, digital-core contact and solenoid power, and CTBA power-output monitoring.
- AC and ignition paths: JZ2 accepts the DACA conversion path when AC input is used. JZ3 provides an alternate reduced-voltage connection for a designated DTBC contact-output circuit, and JZ5 supplies AC power for ignition-transformer outputs.
- Installed configuration: These paths are application dependent; the installed connector set and project drawings determine which branches are active in a particular Mark V LM panel.
