Description
The IS200TRLYH1BGF is a standard relay output terminal block module for GE MarkVI/MarkVIe series industrial control systems. Installed in a designated terminal block slot within the MarkVI/VIe rack, typically located in the I/O module area, this module connects the control system backplane to external field devices. Its primary function is to receive control logic signals and drive various external devices, such as valves, solenoid valves, pumps, and protection and trip circuits, via onboard relay outputs. Relay outputs are dry contact (Form-C) or optional solenoid valve drive outputs, flexibly configurable via jumpers.
The IS200TRLYH1BGF requires operating power from the control system backplane or an external power supply. The module is compatible with various power supplies, including 125V DC, 115/230V AC, and optional 24V DC, with jumper-selectable power paths. Onboard relays and power circuitry incorporate built-in protection components, including suppression circuitry and selectable fuses, to ensure safe operation of the module and load.
This module is compatible with various rack and system configurations in the MarkVI/VIe series, including both single-mode (Simplex) and triple-mode redundancy (TMR) architectures. In the event of a sudden interruption of external power or backplane power, the module's relay output can maintain a stable state for a short period, ensuring the safety of critical control loops. The module provides data and status feedback through a standard backplane interface and supports hardware configuration and system diagnostics.
The IS200TRLYH1BGF requires the module to be correctly inserted into the designated slot and configured accordingly with the control system software. The module is designed for industrial pollution level 2 environments and Class II applications as defined by IEC 60664-1. It is resistant to high temperatures, vibration, and electromagnetic interference, and can operate normally in temperatures ranging from 0 to 60°C and at altitudes up to 2000 meters without derating.

FAQS
The following is a list of questions commonly asked by our customers. Please contact us if you have a question about our process that is not answered below.
For GE MarkVI/MarkVIe control systems, providing relay outputs to drive field devices and control signals.
How many relays are on the board?
Typically equipped with 12 pluggable magnetic relays.
Can the relay outputs drive solenoid valves?
Yes, the first six relays can be configured as dry contact or solenoid valve drive outputs via jumpers.
What power supply types are supported?
Supports 125V DC, 115/230V AC, and optional 24V DC (jumper selection).
Does it support TMR systems?
Supports single-mode (Simplex) and triple-mode redundancy (TMR) configurations.
What is the module's operating temperature range?
Standard operating temperature is 0–60°C, and storage temperature is −30–+65°C.
Is there onboard safety protection?
Yes, onboard suppression components and independent jumper fuses provide overload and electrical protection.
How to connect to the control system?
Communicate with the MarkVI I/O module by inserting the molded connector cable into the corresponding slot in the VME rack.
Can it be used for scenarios other than turbine control?
While designed for turbine control, the relay outputs and configuration flexibility also make it suitable for other industrial automation applications.
Is a wiring diagram provided?
Detailed wiring and configuration diagrams are available in the GE MarkVI technical manuals (e.g., GEH-6721L).
