Features:
- 4.5 m calibrated ETR cable length
- Armored PFA signal path
- CSA, ATEX, and IECEx approvals
Bently Nevada
330190-045-01-05 links an ETR probe to the matching Proximitor sensor in a calibrated 3300 XL measurement chain.
The 4.5 m armored PFA construction of
330190-045-01-05 protects the triaxial path while preserving connector geometry and high-temperature operation.
Correct use of
330190-045-01-05 depends on matching probe-plus-cable length to the Proximitor rating and preserving connector cleanliness.
The Bently Nevada 330190-045-01-05 3300 XL ETR armored extension cable may still be available for purchase and support from Apter Power beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

Calibrated Probe-Cable-Sensor Length
- Length sum: The connected probe length plus the 4.5 m cable must equal the Proximitor system length.
- Sensor rating: The Proximitor sensor rating defines the required total electrical length.
- Mismatch risk: A length mismatch changes calibration and cannot be corrected by armor or approval selection.
- Suffix check: The 045 code identifies the cable length while later suffixes define construction and approvals.
Extended-Temperature Cable Structure
- PFA insulation: PFA supports the extended-temperature electrical path.
- Armor role: The outer armor adds mechanical protection without replacing bend-radius control.
- Connector path: Miniature coaxial connectors preserve the triaxial connection at both ends.
- Temperature range: Cable and connector operation is specified from -52°C to +260°C.
Mechanical Routing Boundaries
- Bend radius: Routing must keep at least a 25.4 mm bend radius.
- Ferrule clearance: The 10.2 mm maximum ferrule diameter must fit the enclosure entry.
- Pulling load: Tensile loading is limited to 330 N maximum.
- Armor transition: Mechanical support must not concentrate load where the armor ends.
Triaxial Signal Integrity
- Impedance: The cable maintains a 75 Ω characteristic path.
- Capacitance: Typical capacitance is 69.9 pF/m and contributes to the calibrated system.
- Connector cleanliness: Contamination or looseness at either connector can destabilize the signal.
- Approval boundary: Approvals do not replace the required probe, barrier, wiring, and sensor matching.
