It supports 2 kV isolation and 1 µs dead-time and offers 10+ variants—fuel-valve drivers, exciter gate pulses, variable-speed motor drives, and protection feedback—delivering the high-current, high-voltage switching needed for turbine fuel, excitation, and load-sharing circuits in Class G3 harsh environments.
