Description
The GE DS200DMCBG1A is the core DOS DUP processor board in the GE (later Emerson) Mark V series gas turbine/turbine control system. It is primarily used for high-speed logic processing, I/O data acquisition, and control tasks, ensuring stable operation of the Mark V system and communication with upper-level automation software. This module is a key component of the Mark V Speedtronic control system and is suitable for power plants, gas turbines, and other industrial automation control environments.
The onboard high-speed processor boasts approximately 10MHz processing power and is equipped with 2MB ROM + 1MB RAM to support complex control logic and data storage. Communication interfaces include RS-232, Ethernet, and other methods, supporting integration with upper-level control systems. Several LED indicators and a reset button are provided on the board for convenient on-site status monitoring and rapid fault handling. In terms of environmental adaptability, this module is suitable for stable operation within a temperature range of -20℃ to +55℃.
The DS200DMCBG1A is designed to work in conjunction with other modules in the Mark V series to form a highly reliable control architecture suitable for large power, gas turbine control, and power plant automation systems.
