        The HE693ADC415 provides four isolated analog current input channels with 14-bit resolution, enabling accurate conversion of 4-20mA or ±20mA signals from field devices such as transmitters and sensors. With 500VAC (RMS) isolation between channels and ground, the HE693ADC415 ensures reliable operation in electrically noisy industrial environments. Each channel converts current signals to digital values placed directly into the %AI table of the PLC CPU. The HE693ADC415 has an input impedance of 100 ohms and uses an integrating 18-bit A/D converter with 13 bits plus sign usable resolution.

        The HE693ADC415 features programmable setpoints for each of its four channels, with levels set via four %AQ output registers in the PLC program. When the HE693ADC415's analog input value reaches or exceeds the setpoint, a corresponding digital input %I is energized for alarm indication. The HE693ADC415 includes analog filtering of 1KHz (3-pole Bessel) and digital filtering of 1-128 samples per update for noise rejection. The HE693ADC415 offers common mode rejection >100dB and maximum error of 0.05% full scale.
