Features:
- Conditions mixed analog and pulse signals in the R1, R2, and R3 cores.
- Supports speed, vibration, LVDT feedback, servo commands, and current-loop circuits.
- Handles generator and line measurements used by synchronization functions.
Requires both hardware-range settings and matching I/O software constants.
The General Electric DS200TCQAG1B combines several closed-loop and monitoring functions, so a single healthy LED pattern is not sufficient acceptance evidence.
Each General Electric DS200TCQAG1B must remain associated with its intended R, S, or T signal path to preserve redundant measurement consistency.

Primary paths through the TCQA board
- JB: Interfaces 4–20 mA input and output circuits through TBQC.
- JE: Links pulse, servo, relay-driver, generator, and line signals through TCQC.
- JF: Receives LVDT or LVDR position feedback.
- JG: Brings vibration and ±10 VDC measurements from TBQB.
- JD: Carries the R1 trip-related path toward TCTG where configured.
Hardware and software agreement
- Output circuits: J1 and J2 select the applicable milliamp output circuits.
- Current limit: J5 and J6 establish a 20 mA or 200 mA maximum for supported outputs.
- Test jumpers: The RS-232 card-test and oscillator jumpers stay in required service positions.
- I/O constants: Pulse-rate, vibration, temperature, and LVDT constants are entered in the I/O editor.
- Servo settings: Servo polarity and scaling must match the connected actuator and unit drawings.
Functional checks by signal family
- Speed reference: Compare each pulse-rate input with an independent speed reference.
- LVDT travel: Verify LVDT null and travel before enabling closed-loop servo control.
- Vibration channels: Check vibration channels for bias, noise, and agreement among redundant paths.
- Current loops: Inject known milliamp values and confirm both input scaling and output range.
- Temperature input: Validate thermocouple polarity and cold-junction compensation at stable temperature.
Customer-focused fault isolation
- One core disagrees: Compare the DS200TCQAG1B connector map and constants across R, S, and T.
- Servo hunts: Recheck LVDT polarity, excitation, range, and actuator wiring.
- Speed channel absent: Trace JE through TCQC to the pickup or TTL source.
- Analog output saturated: Confirm range jumpers, loop load, and commanded value.
- Vibration unstable: Inspect JG, shielding, sensor bias, grounding, and cable separation.
