Description
The IS200TRPGH1B is a Primary Trip Terminal Board designed and manufactured by General Electric, belonging to the Mark VI series, for gas turbine control systems. This board is regulated by an I/O controller that manages the operation of the TRPG terminal board. The IS200TRPGH1B's three voting circuits contain nine magnetic relays, which can be connected to three trigger solenoid valves or Electrically Triggered Devices (ETDs) for emergency and master control functions. The TRPG works in conjunction with the TREG to form a complete interface to the ETD, and the IS200TRPGH1B can also accept input from eight Geiger-Mueller flame detectors. The IS200TRPGH1B is available in two versions: H1A and H1B, with three voting relays built into each trigger solenoid valve for TMR applications; and H2A and H2B, with one relay per trigger solenoid valve for simplex applications.
In the Mark VI system, the IS200TRPGH1B interfaces with the TRPG terminal board via a VTUR board. The TRPG connects to the VME rack, which houses the VTUR board, and the connection is made via a cable with a molded plug. The IS200TRPGH1B supports both simplex and TMR system configurations in the Mark VI system, ensuring flexible application to different control requirements.
In the Mark VIe system, the IS200TRPGH1B interface is implemented via a PTUR mount on the TTURH1C controlling the TRPG. The D-type connector on the TTURH1C is used to connect the TRPG and accepts I/O packets as input. The IS200TRPGH1B also supports simplex and TMR systems in the Mark VIe system, ensuring compatibility and reliability in different system environments.
