Features:
- Plug-connector termination format for FBM10 and FBM15 hardware
- 120 V ac I/O module system context
- Separate termination hardware for the main-and-expansion module arrangement
The FBM10 position is an expandable main module that connects independently to the redundant Fieldbus and can support one expansion module.
FBM15 is the expansion member and reaches the Fieldbus through its supporting expandable main module; it does not establish a standalone Fieldbus connection.
Each associated FBM10 or FBM15 module provides eight 120 V ac input channels and eight output channels. Those channel counts describe the electronic modules and must not be assigned to the Foxboro DM900WT assembly.
Apter Power supports sourcing and documentation requests for the Foxboro DM900WT FBM10/15 Plug Termination Assembly used in maintained I/A Series installations.

Termination path checks
- Module Position: Verify whether the installed termination is associated with the FBM10 or FBM15 position.
- Connector Match: Compare the complete connector arrangement before disconnecting the existing assembly.
- Cable Route: Record the destination and routing so the replacement returns to the same termination path.
- Label Check: Read every character of DM900WT from the installed label rather than relying on visual similarity.
Part-code verification
- Product Role: DM900WT is treated as a plug termination assembly, not as an FBM controller or I/O module.
- Brand Context: The part belongs to legacy Foxboro I/A Series hardware identification.
- Code Integrity: Preserve the complete DM900WT code in quotations, documentation requests, and purchase records.
- Adjacent Parts: Do not use neighboring Foxboro numbers as aliases unless an exact manufacturer relationship is documented.
Replacement preparation
- De-energization: Follow the site procedure before disturbing an installed termination or cable connection.
- Condition Review: Inspect plugs, cable jacket, strain relief, and termination points for visible damage.
- Position Record: Photograph labels and connection positions before removal to support accurate restoration.
- Final Match: Reconfirm the DM900WT marking and cable destination before the replacement is commissioned.
