Features:
- Sixteen relay outputs divide into four high-current and twelve standard-current points.
- Each relay channel is individually isolated from the other output circuits.
- RUN, BF, and output LEDs separate bus state from commanded contact status.
Siemens 6ES7132-0HH01-0XB0 converts PROFIBUS DP output data into sixteen relay contact operations within an ET 200B station.
The mixed contact ratings in 6ES7132-0HH01-0XB0 assign higher-current loads to two documented points and standard loads to the remaining twelve outputs.
TB6/AC wiring, external load protection, bus status, and channel indicators must be checked together when commissioning 6ES7132-0HH01-0XB0.
The Siemens 6ES7132-0HH01-0XB0 ET 200B Relay Output Module may still be available for purchase and support from Apter Power beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

Sixteen Individually Isolated Outputs
- Channel division: The output set contains four high-current and twelve low-current relays rather than sixteen identical contacts.
- Contact table: Resistive switching is listed at 4 A maximum, with differentiated values of 4 A for two ports and 2 A for twelve ports.
- Selection rule: Field loads must be assigned from the rating of the actual output position instead of one assumed current value.
- Isolation structure: Relay separation places every digital output in its own potential group instead of sharing one output potential.
Contact Voltage and Frequency Limits
- AC circuits: The relay contacts switch documented 120/230 V AC loads independently of the module electronics supply path.
- DC circuits: DC loads may use the documented 24–150 V DC output-voltage range.
- Resistive loads: Contact operation with resistive loads is limited to 10 switching cycles per second.
- Inductive loads: Inductive loads use the lower 2 Hz maximum, so load type changes the permitted switching rate.
Terminal Block and Field Connections
- Required base: The electronic block operates with the TB6/AC terminal block, which supplies its ET 200B mounting and wiring interface.
- Terminal styles: Permanent field wiring can use the documented screw-type or spring-loaded terminal construction.
- Conductor arrangement: The connection design supports permanent three- or four-wire input/output wiring on the terminal block.
- Cable reach: Unshielded field conductors are specified up to 600 m, subject to the connected load circuit and installation requirements.
PROFIBUS and Output Indication
- RUN state: The RUN LED confirms the electronic block's operating state independently of individual output commands.
- Bus fault: The red BF indicator reports a PROFIBUS DP communication fault rather than a load-contact condition.
- Output state: Green indicators show the commanded state of the digital relay outputs.
- Protection boundary: Because the contacts have no internal short-circuit protection, a green output indication does not prove that the field load circuit is healthy.
