Features:
- 6ES7650-1AA61-2XX0 routes eight HART analog inputs to ET 200M module 6ES7331-7TF01-0AB0.
- Redundant power feeds and dual module connectors separate the two I/O paths.
- Every channel includes field terminals, shield handling and HART handheld access.
Two-wire and four-wire transducers can be combined channel by channel on one termination assembly.
Power indicators, module-fuse indicators and reverse-polarity indication identify the state of the supply paths locally.
Pluggable power and field terminals sit around a DIN-rail-mounted assembly designed for cabinet marshalling.
The Siemens 6ES7650-1AA61-2XX0 8-Channel HART Analog Input MTA may still be available for purchase and support from Apter Power beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

Eight Field Connections
- Channel conductors: Each channel provides POWER, I+, I- and SHIELD terminals.
- Cable screen: Shield disconnect jumpers let each channel shield be managed at the MTA.
- Earth connection: The shield ground stud provides the assembly's defined earth path.
- Module routing: Two module connectors carry the eight channel signals toward the redundant input modules.
Supply Path Separation
- Dual entry: Two power inputs accept either one common feed or redundant DC sources.
- Module fusing: Each I/O-module path is protected by its own 0.5 A fuse.
- Local indication: LEDs distinguish input-power availability, reversed polarity and module-fuse output.
- Feed range: Both paths operate from the documented 21.6–28.8 V DC input window.
Two-Wire and Four-Wire Inputs
- Channel selection: A jumper assigns two-wire or four-wire field operation for each channel.
- Mixed installation: Both transducer types may be present on different channels of the same MTA.
- Module setting: The ET 200M analog input module is configured for four-wire transducers for either field mode.
- Range exclusion: The ±20 mA module range cannot be used with this MTA arrangement.
Handheld Connection Path
- Per-channel access: Each analog input has a connection point for a HART handheld terminal.
- Signal continuity: HART access is placed across the selected input channel rather than on a shared service port.
- Field mode: The handheld connection remains associated with the channel's two-wire or four-wire termination.
- Module pair: Dual module connectors retain the redundant I/O path while HART access stays channel-specific.
