Features:
- Bently Nevada 3300/01 System Monitor Provides Keyphasor Signal Buffering, Alarm Management, And Voltage Monitoring For 3300 Racks
- Supports Up To Two Proximity Probe Keyphasor Signals With User-Programmable -24 Vdc Or -18 Vdc Transducer Power
- Features Front-Panel Coaxial Outputs, RS422-Compatible Communication Ports, And Self-Testing LED Indicators To Prevent False Alarms
The Bently Nevada 3300/01 System Monitor is engineered to centralize essential monitoring functions within a 3300 rack system, ensuring accurate alarm handling, reliable voltage supervision, and seamless Keyphasor® signal management. This system module prevents false alarms caused by potentiometer misadjustments or voltage fluctuations, protecting critical industrial machinery in sectors such as power generation, petrochemical processing, and heavy manufacturing.
With a nominal power consumption of 2 watts (or 3.6 watts with interface options), the Bently Nevada 3300/01 efficiently delivers regulated DC voltages from the front rack power supply. It accepts up to two proximity probe Keyphasor signals, which are buffered and made available at front-panel coaxial connectors for diagnostic or predictive maintenance equipment. User-programmable Keyphasor power (-24 Vdc or -18 Vdc) is short-circuit protected, offering flexible support for various transducer configurations.
The rear panel of the Bently Nevada 3300/01 System Monitor provides double-wide connectivity for primary power, Rack Inhibit, Trip Multiply, remote reset control, and connections to two transducers. It also offers computer-ready connections for Bently Nevada communication processors (TCP/IP or DDM), OK relay terminals, and serial interface connections. Front-panel LEDs indicate proper voltage operation, and any fault automatically inhibits rack alarms, reducing the risk of false triggers. With operating temperatures from 0°C to +65°C, storage from -40°C to +85°C, and tolerance for up to 95% noncondensing humidity, the Bently Nevada 3300/01 System Monitor is robust, reliable, and ideal for demanding industrial environments.
The 3300/01 Bently Nevada System Monitor may still be available for purchase and support from Apter Power beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

- Centralized Interface: It centralizes the frame's computer interface functions, enabling continuous reading display without the need for an external keyboard or special cable connection card.
- Signal Processing Accuracy: According to artisantg.com specifications, its dynamic signal accuracy is typically ±0.3% (full scale), and phase accuracy is typically ±0.2°.
- Efficient Alarm Management: Supports Trip Multiply functionality, which temporarily increases alarm thresholds by a preset ratio (2X or 3X) under special operating conditions such as machine startup, preventing false shutdowns caused by transient fluctuations.
- Low Power Consumption Design: Basic power consumption is only 2 watts, and even with the communication interface option, it is only 4.6 watts.
- Industry Standard Compliance: The design fully complies with the American Petroleum Institute (API) 670 standard, a globally recognized authoritative standard for mechanical protection systems.
- Power-up Inhibit Protection: Features Power-up Inhibit functionality. Automatic alarm suppression upon system power-on or voltage drop below operating levels, with a 2-second suppression period after power stabilization to prevent false alarms caused by surges.
- Explosion-proof and Certification: Supports Class I, Division 2 (Groups A, B, C, D) hazardous area certifications, suitable for high-risk environments such as petrochemical plants, depending on the configuration options.
- OK Status Monitoring: Features an independent System OK monitoring circuit, enabling real-time self-diagnosis and monitoring of the health status of other modules within the frame.
- Critical Asset Protection: Widely used for real-time monitoring of vibration, displacement, and speed in large rotating machinery such as steam turbines, compressors, generators, and pumps.
- Phase Reference Center: Provides power and signal conditioning for up to 4 Keyphasor (phase reference) sensors, supporting speed ranges from 60 to 30,000 rpm.
- Field Maintenance: The front panel provides buffered Keyphasor signal output (BNC interface), facilitating on-site diagnostics by maintenance personnel using portable analyzers without disassembling the equipment.
