Description
The GE IS200EDCFG1AED is an Exciter DC Feedback Board used for excitation control in the General Electric (GE) MarkVI / EX2100 control system. Its primary function is to measure the excitation voltage and current feedback signals at the silicon controlled rectifier (SCR) bridge in the generator excitation system and transmit these real-time feedback signals to the main controller (such as an EISB board) via a high-speed fiber-optic link, thereby achieving precise excitation regulation and stable system control.

This board is manufactured using industrial-grade surface mount technology (SMT) and supports two optional interfaces: plastic fiber optic (approximately 10m) and hard-clad silica fiber optic (approximately 90m). It balances voltage isolation and interference immunity, adapting to the high-noise conditions of power generation and automation control environments. Typical power is supplied from the rack or an external device, enabling DC-DC conversion. An onboard green PSOK status indicator LED indicates a normal power supply status.
