Features:
- Processes eight analog output channels within the HPM I/O architecture.
- Includes conformal coating for the documented non-CE hardware execution.
- Supports redundant output arrangements through the I/O Link Interface Module.
The current order configuration is the coated eight-channel analog output processor identified by the -150 part number. It installs in an HPM IOP card-file slot and works through separate termination hardware.
Controller-calculated output values are supervised in the processor before they are delivered through the I/O cable to modulating field devices. The separation between processing and termination supports structured cabinet service.
Selection must match the installed output FTA, cable path, card-file allocation and redundancy design. The coated MC version should not be interchanged with an uncoated MU execution without an engineering review.
Availability is subject to configuration verification and stock confirmation by Apter Power.

- Drives analog valve positioners and other modulating final-control elements in continuous-process units.
- Provides controller-to-field output handling for High-Performance Process Manager cabinets.
- Supports modernization and maintenance of installed Experion PKS or Process Manager I/O assemblies.
- Handles eight output channels while drawing 100 mA from the 24 V DC system supply.
- Keeps channel processing in the card file so the field termination assembly can concentrate on loop distribution.
- Supervises calculated output commands before they reach the dedicated analog-output cable path.
- Transfers controller output demand to the associated termination hardware for final-element control.
- Uses the output FTA selector to maintain the active signal path in a supported redundant arrangement.
- Maintains separate channel assignments that should be retained during processor replacement.
- Fits HPM IOP card-file positions intended for the analog output processor type.
- Requires the corresponding analog output FTA and correctly assigned I/O cable for field connection.
- The coated non-CE execution must agree with cabinet environmental and approval requirements.
