Features:
- Receives line and armature voltages for the SINAMICS DCM control path.
- Uses six terminal groups to match the rated armature-voltage range.
- Links to PCB A7109 through the X45 shielded patch connection.
C98043-A7117-L1 is cross-identified by the orderable Siemens number 6RY1803-0CM01.
The line-voltage and armature-voltage channels use separate terminal sets with one shared range suffix.
Its measurement signals are handed off by the firing pulse transformer section of the control module.
The Siemens C98043-A7117-L1 Voltage Measurement Board may still be available for purchase and support from Apter Power beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

Voltage-Group Logic
- Upper band: Suffix 1 covers ratings above 575 V through 1000 V.
- Middle bands: Suffixes 2, 3 and 4 select the 575, 250 and 125 V groups.
- Lower bands: Suffix 5 covers above 5.6 V through 50 V; suffix 6 covers 5.6 V and below.
- Parameter alignment: p51821 must correspond to the chosen terminal suffix.
Line and Armature Sets
- Phase channels: XU, XV and XW carry the U-V-W line-voltage set.
- Armature pair: XC and XD carry the armature-voltage measurement.
- Shared suffix: Both channel groups use the same 1-to-6 voltage-range index.
- Physical interface: Measurement connections use 4.8 mm Faston mounting tabs.
How Voltage Reaches the Board
- Power-unit origin: Firing cables connect the transformer module to the thyristors.
- Automatic presence: Line and armature voltages then appear at the transformer-module outputs.
- Measurement transfer: Those outputs feed the A7117 voltage-measurement equipment.
- Troubleshooting order: Upstream firing-cable continuity precedes any extra wiring assumption.
X45 Interconnection
- Source endpoint: The shielded patch lead starts at X45 on PCB A7109.
- Board endpoint: The opposite end reaches X45 on PCB A7117.
- Separated cradles: The prepared connection set uses a 3 m RJ45 patch lead.
- Adjacent cradles: The side-by-side set reduces the X45 patch lead to 1 m.
