Features:
- 110 kW normal-use output rated 206 A at 400 V
- R7 IP21 wall-mounted mechanical format
- Standard Modbus RTU and Safe Torque Off resources
ACS580-01-206A-4 is the 206 A R7 configuration at the 110 kW point of the ACS580-01 400 V range.
The drive can integrate a high-power motor feeder with process references, plant I/O, serial communication, local operation, safety functions, and structured diagnostics.
Successful deployment depends on early agreement about transport and lifting, structural support, protection and conductors, heat removal, motor and braking duty, network ownership, safety testing, commissioning evidence, and service access.
Availability is subject to Apter Power's current inventory and sourcing confirmation.

110 kW load verification
- Normal use: Confirm the motor current and process load remain within the published 206 A point.
- Light duty: Use the documented 196 A rating only with its specified overload cycle.
- Heavy duty: Apply the 169 A / 90 kW point when the process requires the heavier overload profile.
- Maximum current: Treat the 287 A value as the documented short-duration maximum, not a continuous rating.
High-power mechanical and electrical plan
- Handling: Approve transport dimensions, route, lifting equipment, storage, and final orientation.
- Power cables: Control lugs, conductor range, bend radius, support, torque, and phase spacing.
- Cooling: Provide the documented airflow without obstruction or recirculation.
- Access: Keep the panel, fans, terminals, communication, and safety circuits serviceable.
Control ownership and STO validation
- Base protocol: Use Modbus RTU only after address, serial settings, mapping, and timeout are documented.
- Other networks: Select an approved ABB adapter and verify firmware and engineering-tool support.
- STO: Design and validate the Safe Torque Off circuit within the machine safety function.
- Handover: Archive parameters, options, network data, safety tests, and rollback records.
