Features:
- Reliable AC Power Supply Designed to Deliver Stable DC Power for Bently Nevada 3300 Rack Monitoring Systems
- Supports 95–125 Vac or 190–250 Vac Single-Phase Input With Integrated Line Noise Filtering for Stable Operation
- Provides Regulated Power for Up to 12 Monitors and Their Associated Transducers Within a 3300 System Rack
The Bently Nevada 3300/12-01-20-01 AC Power Supply is developed to provide dependable power distribution for machinery protection monitoring systems. It converts incoming AC voltage into regulated DC power required by monitoring modules installed in the Bently Nevada 3300 rack system, ensuring stable operation of vibration and condition monitoring equipment in critical industrial environments such as power plants, refineries, and manufacturing facilities.
The Bently Nevada 3300/12-01-20-01 AC Power Supply accepts 95 to 125 Vac single phase at 50–60 Hz with a maximum current of 1.0 A, or 190 to 250 Vac single phase at 50–60 Hz with a maximum current of 0.5 A. Voltage selection can be adjusted in the field through a soldered jumper and replacement of the external fuse, allowing the module to adapt to different facility power standards. The power supply also handles startup surges up to 26 A peak or 12 A rms for one cycle, ensuring reliable power-up performance.
Installed in position 1 of the 3300 rack, the Bently Nevada 3300/12-01-20-01 AC Power Supply distributes regulated DC voltage to as many as 12 monitoring modules and their connected transducers. A built-in line noise filter helps reduce electrical interference, improving system stability. With an operating temperature range of 0°C to +65°C, storage temperature from -40°C to +85°C, and tolerance for up to 95% noncondensing humidity, the Bently Nevada 3300/12-01-20-01 AC Power Supply is well suited for demanding industrial monitoring applications where continuous and reliable machinery protection is essential.
The 3300/12-01-20-01 Bently Nevada AC Power Supply may still be available for purchase and support from Apter Power beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

- Core Power Supply: As the core of the 3300 rack, it provides reliable DC voltage to up to 12 monitoring modules and their associated sensors (such as the 3300 XL series sensors).
- Mechanical Protection: Commonly deployed in industries such as oil and gas, power generation, and chemicals, it supports radial vibration, axial position, and keyphasor monitoring of centrifugal compressors, reciprocating machines, and fluid diaphragm bearing machines.
- Environmental Immunity: A line noise filter is integrated into the standard configuration, making it suitable for industrial environments with complex electromagnetic conditions.
- Installation Location: Must be installed in slot 1 on the far left of the 3300 rack.
- Field Programmable Options: According to meloautotech.com and worldofcontrols.com, this module is field-programmable, typically adjusted via plug-in jumpers.
- Input Voltage Selection: The -01 option represents an input voltage range of 95-125 VAC (50/60 Hz).
- Power-up Inhibit: Features automatic inhibition, suppressing all alarms for the first 2 seconds after power-up stabilization to prevent false alarms caused by transient surges.
- Power Input: Connected via the Power Input Module on the back of the frame. Option -20 uses a standard power input module.
- Control Signal Connection: Rack Inhibit/Reset: Rear panel terminals provide contacts for external control of "Rack Inhibit," "Danger Bypass," and "Alarm Reset."
- OK Relay: An OK relay is located behind the power input module to indicate whether the power supply status of the entire frame is normal.
- System-level Communication: For communication with a host computer, it is typically achieved through the 3300/03 system monitoring module installed in slot 2. This module supports RS232 or RS422 serial communication interfaces.
