Features:
- Accepts two selectable AC input ranges for VersaMax backplane power.
- Delivers 5 VDC and 3.3 VDC rails with 1.5 A combined capacity.
- Mounts on a station head or Power Supply Booster Carrier.
General Electric IC200PWR101 uses a front jumper for the 85 to 132 VAC range associated with nominal 120 VAC service; removing the jumper selects the 176 to 264 VAC range for nominal 240 VAC. Both ranges operate from 47 to 63 Hz.
The supply delivers regulated 5 VDC and 3.3 VDC backplane power with a 1.5 A combined ceiling and up to 0.25 A on the 3.3 VDC rail. Its 20 ms holdup time provides brief ride-through when the input and station load remain within limits.
Installed on a CPU or NIU, the module serves as the main station supply. It can also mount on a Power Supply Booster Carrier to support additional backplane demand, with short-circuit and overload protection covering abnormal load conditions.
The General Electric IC200PWR101 VersaMax AC Power Supply may be available with input-range support from Apter Power.

Input Range Setup
- Low Range: Install the jumper for operation from 85 to 132 VAC.
- High Range: Leave the jumper out when the source is 176 to 264 VAC.
- Line Frequency: Input frequency may range from 47 to 63 Hz.
- Connection Warning: The 120 VAC jumper must never remain fitted on a 240 VAC source.
- Input Demand: The AC source must accommodate a 27 VA load.
Backplane Rail Budget
- Backplane Rails: The supply generates 5 VDC and 3.3 VDC.
- Shared Capacity: Both outputs together are limited to 1.5 A.
- Three-Volt Limit: No more than 0.25 A is available at 3.3 VDC.
- Remaining Current: Five-volt capacity falls by the current drawn from the 3.3 VDC rail.
Supply Safeguards
- Short Circuits: Internal protection responds to an output short circuit.
- Overload Response: The supply protects itself against excessive backplane demand.
- Ride-Through: A brief AC interruption is bridged by a 20 ms holdup interval.
- External Safety: Upstream isolation and branch protection remain part of the panel design.
VersaMax Mounting Roles
- Station Head: The unit attaches directly to a VersaMax CPU or NIU.
- Main Supply Role: In that position it powers the connected I/O backplane.
- Supplemental Role: A Power Supply Booster Carrier can hold the same supply for added capacity.
- Power Budget: Every installed module must fit within the shared output-current ceiling.
