Features:
- A 7-inch 800x480 touch display presents mobile process visualization.
- Eight illuminated function keys provide assigned commands independent of touch objects.
- One Ethernet interface carries PROFINET IO, controller data, diagnostics, and project services.
Siemens 6AV2125-2GB03-0AX0 gives an operator portable access to configured process screens and commands through the KTP700 Mobile hardware.
Touch objects and the eight physical keys on 6AV2125-2GB03-0AX0 remain separate input paths that the WinCC project assigns to different actions.
Ethernet, internal memory, removable cards, and USB on 6AV2125-2GB03-0AX0 divide live communication from project, archive, recipe, and backup storage.
The Siemens 6AV2125-2GB03-0AX0 KTP700 Mobile Operator Panel may still be available for purchase and support from Apter Power beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

Two Operator Input Methods
- Touch surface: The single-touch display selects screen objects, enters values, and acknowledges configured messages.
- Function keys: Eight illuminated keys retain their project assignments without depending on the currently selected touch object.
- Direct keys: Up to 32 touch buttons can be mapped as S7 I/O for the configured controller connection.
- Visual output: The 800x480 TFT presents process values, alarms, trends, and graphics using 16.7 million colors.
Controller and Service Traffic
- Physical interface: One Industrial Ethernet connector carries all wired network communication for the mobile panel.
- PROFINET IO: The panel exchanges configured S7 process and direct-key data through its PROFINET connection.
- Additional protocols: EtherNet/IP and Modbus TCP/IP support configured communication with their documented controller families.
- Network services: TCP/IP, DHCP, SNMP, DCP, LLDP, HTTP, and HTTPS provide addressing, discovery, diagnosis, and web transport roles.
Project, Archive, and Backup Locations
- Internal memory: Twelve megabytes of user memory hold the runtime project and device data required for normal operation.
- Card storage: A multimedia or SD card can store archives, recipes, or backup and restore data outside internal memory.
- USB storage: The USB 2.0 interface accepts a supported memory device for removable project-service data.
- Network archive: Configured archives can also be written through Ethernet, separating retained records from the live screen project.
WinCC Project Resources
- Screen structure: The project can organize process values, graphic I/O fields, alarms, trends, recipes, and system-diagnostics views.
- User control: Fifty user groups, fifty users, and thirty-two rights allow the project to separate operator permissions.
- Language handling: Up to thirty-two online languages can be included so the same runtime project presents selected operator text.
- Transfer path: Ethernet or external storage performs project transfer and backup because MPI, PROFIBUS DP, and wireless transfer are not provided.
