Features:
- IS200HFPAG1A accepts an isolated ac supply or the drive dc link.
- The G1 assembly produces two high-frequency ac levels and dc fan power.
- Dedicated connectors separate conversion outputs from fan references.
The ACF and DCF terminal pairs give IS200HFPAG1A two defined entry points into a shared conversion chain.
Energy then moves through the regulated intermediate bus, oscillator, and transformer inside IS200HFPAG1A.
Dedicated connector families keep the square-wave loads apart from the fan supply and reference returns.
Apter Power offers manuals, quotations, and drive-matching support for the General Electric IS200HFPAG1A Power Supply Board.

Input Selection
- AC option: ACF1 and ACF2 accept an isolated 230 V ac, 50–60 Hz supply.
- DC option: DCF1 and DCF2 connect to the 230–1000 V dc link.
- Source boundary: The two terminal pairs define alternative input paths.
- Input protection: FU2 covers the ac branch and FU3 covers the dc-link branch.
Internal Power Flow
- Buck regulator: Current and voltage limiting control the high-voltage input stage.
- DC intermediate: The regulator establishes approximately 118 V dc.
- Oscillator: A self-oscillating inverter converts the intermediate dc to an ac square wave.
- Isolation stage: Transformer windings create the lower-voltage output groups.
Output Distribution
- DPPL pair: DPPL1 and DPPL2 distribute the 17.7 V ac lines.
- HFPL pair: HFPL1 and HFPL2 carry the 48 V ac square-wave supply.
- FAPL pair: FAPL1 and FAPL2 provide 48 V dc fan power and reference.
- FRPL pair: FRPL and FRPL1 distribute fan reference and common return.
Physical and Setup Limits
- Mounting carrier: Two screws secure the board to its plastic carrier.
- Cabinet location: The assembly is positioned near a board rack or fan enclosure.
- Hardware setup: The G1 board contains no configurable hardware items.
- Load boundary: Combined demand across all outputs must remain at or below 90 VA.
