Features:
- Isolates and scales generator PT and CT feedback for the EX2000 regulator.
- Accepts as many as three three-phase PT sets with nominal 120 V secondaries.
- Routes conditioned analog signals to the TCCB through the JKK ribbon interface.
DS200PTCTG1A separates high-level transformer feedback from the low-level transducer circuitry used by the regulator.
Its PT paths support generator control, optional failure comparison, and a separate line-side voltage input.
Phase A and phase C current feedback supplies regulator, limiter, metering, and optional stabilizer calculations.
The General Electric DS200PTCTG1A EX2000 PT/CT Signal Conditioning Board may still be available for purchase and support from Apter Power beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

Voltage-Feedback Arrangement
- Input Sets: As many as three three-phase PT sets can terminate at the board.
- Nominal Level: The standard PT secondary level is 120 V ac.
- Generator Sets: Two PT sets can provide generator-side voltage feedback and failure comparison.
- Line Set: A third set can provide line-side voltage for optional matching.
Current-Feedback Arrangement
- Measured Phases: Phase A and phase C CT signals are required by the EX2000 regulator.
- Standard Level: The nominal current-transformer secondary input is 5 A.
- Adjustment Range: Software scaling accommodates nominal CT values down to 3 A.
- Control Use: Conditioned current feedback supports regulation, limiting, metering, and stabilization functions.
Isolation and Analog Range
- Transformer Isolation: PT and CT inputs cross isolation transformers before reaching the control electronics.
- Voltage Scaling: The board scales PT secondaries for the downstream transducer circuits.
- Current Scaling: CT signals are conditioned to represent generator stator current.
- Auxiliary Range: Additional channels accept either ±10 V dc or 4-20 mA signals.
PTCT-to-TCCB Path
- JKK Connector: A ribbon connection carries isolated secondaries from PTCT to TCCB.
- VCO Stage: TCCB voltage-controlled oscillators convert the analog levels into digital counts.
- Processor Data: Calculated generator values pass from TCCB to the LDCC control processors.
- Revision Setting: EX2000 configuration distinguishes revision-A and revision-B PTCT input behavior.
