Features:
- Measures four independent thermocouple or millivolt inputs.
- Converts temperature with 0.05°C resolution.
- Allows configurable filtering and 50/60 Hz rejection.
Horner HE800THM100 is the four-channel metal SmartStack ordering configuration in the THM000/100 temperature-input family.
Four signal positions support multi-zone monitoring, redundant temperature checks or a group of low-level mV measurements in one module.
Match every channel’s sensor family, polarity, compensation and scaling choice to the attached field device.
The Horner HE800THM100 Four-Channel Temperature Module may still be available for purchase and support from Apter Power beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

HE800THM100 Four-Channel Connection Arrangement
- Measurements: Four thermocouple or mV channels are available.
- Terminals: Each channel has positive, negative and shield connections.
- Register Use: Four analog input points are assigned.
- Update Basis: Module data is presented according to the PLC scan.
HE800THM100 Selectable Temperature Data Formats
- Celsius: Cscape can return readings in selectable °C increments.
- Fahrenheit: Corresponding °F formats are available.
- Fine Resolution: The smallest temperature step is 0.05 degree.
- Range Limit: Maximum displayed value depends on the chosen register resolution.
HE800THM100 Analog-to-Digital Processing
- Converter: An integrating A/D method processes the inputs.
- Throughput: Conversion time is stated as sixteen channels per second.
- Impedance: Inputs are 10 MΩ and clamped at ±24 VDC.
- Common Mode: The permitted common-mode range is ±12 VDC maximum.
HE800THM100 Open-Thermocouple Indication
- Fault Direction: An open thermocouple produces a high-temperature response.
- Polarity Check: Reversed leads can produce incorrect temperature movement.
- Shield Path: Dedicated shield terminals are provided for each channel.
- Grounded Sensors: Isolation practice must account for grounded thermocouples.
