Features:
- IS400TDBTH6A provides 24 group-isolated contact inputs for a floating 100–145 V dc wetting supply.
- Twelve Form-C relay outputs are separated from the contact-input wiring.
- Three PDIO packs are required for the documented TMR arrangement.
IS400TDBTH6A assigns the H6 contact-input circuits to TB2 and the relay-output connections to TB1.
A 4 ms hardware filter conditions each IS400TDBTH6A input before the PDIO processing path.
Wetting-voltage, relay-position, fuse, and electronic-ID checks on IS400TDBTH6A distinguish power, output, and configuration faults.
The General Electric IS400TDBTH6A 125 VDC TMR Discrete I/O Terminal Board may be available for purchase and technical support from Apter Power.

125 VDC Contact Input Circuits
- Input count: Twenty-four group-isolated contact inputs are provided.
- Wetting range: The H6 board accepts a floating 100–145 V dc supply.
- Input current: Inputs 1–21 draw 2.55 mA; inputs 22–24 draw 10 mA.
- Conditioning: A 4 ms hardware filter is applied before PDIO processing.
Form-C Relay Output Limits
- Output count: Twelve Form-C relay channels are wired through TB1.
- DC ratings: Maximum current is 3.15 A at 24 V dc, 1.2 A at 48 V dc, and 0.4 A at 125 V dc.
- AC operation: The relays also support documented 120/240 V ac loads.
- Optional board: WROB extends relay-output wiring and provides six hardware jumpers.
Input and Relay Diagnostics
- Wetting supply: An alarm is generated below 40 percent of nominal wetting voltage.
- Relay feedback: Each PDIO receives an independent indication of commanded relay position.
- Fuse status: WROB fuse feedback is monitored when the option is installed.
- Identity check: Each PDIO compares the electronic ID with the configured TDBT hardware and flags disagreement.
Mechanical and Wiring Boundaries
- Mounting: The board supports DIN-rail or flat mounting.
- Terminal blocks: Two removable 48-position blocks separate relay and input wiring.
- Pack requirement: Three PDIO packs are required; single-pack operation is unsupported.
- Environment: Board operation is specified from -30 °C through +65 °C.
