Features:
- Extends the Mark V analog I/O set with vibration, position and key-phasor processing.
- Allows the first three proximity channels to be reassigned for accelerometer inputs.
- Combines hardware-jumper selections with I/O configuration constants for sensor scaling.
DS200TCQBG1B serves the TCQB function across the R, S and T processor arrangement rather than operating as a terminal board.
The vibration group covers eighteen proximity inputs, followed by ten position channels and two key-phasor inputs within the documented allocation.
Sensor type, shaft assignment, sensitivity and diagnostic limits are defined in the I/O configuration, with PRX01-PRX03 also governed by board jumpers.
GE has ended Mark V production; Apter Power may still coordinate DS200TCQBG1B support.

TCQB Input Allocation
- Vibration: Eighteen proximity channels cover shaft-vibration feedback.
- Position: Ten inputs are assigned to axial position or differential expansion.
- Phase Reference: Two key-phasor inputs provide rotational reference points.
- Optional Feedback: The TCQB allocation can include six LVDT/LVDR inputs.
Rotating-Train Mapping
- Valid Codes: HP, IP and LP identify the high-, intermediate- and low-pressure shafts.
- Filter Reference: Each vibration input is filtered against its assigned shaft speed.
- Unused Entry: A double dash marks a channel without a shaft assignment.
- Accelerometer Rule: PRX01-PRX03 use the unused shaft entry when configured as accelerometers.
Configuration Values
- Probe Sensitivity: Enter the proximity-transducer nameplate sensitivity for voltage scaling.
- Position Offset: Position channels require the configured mechanical offset.
- Diagnostic Window: Low and high voltage limits determine out-of-range alarms.
- Speed Maximum: Accelerometer setups use power-of-two HP, IP and LP speed limits above expected shaft speed.
Regulator and Sensor Interfaces
- Milliamp Channels: Two regulator current outputs are assigned to the TCQB function.
- Sensor Power: The Mark V interface supplies -24 VDC to proximity transducers.
- Device Selection: Hardware jumpers distinguish proximity probes from accelerometers on channels one through three.
- Configuration Match: Board settings and I/O constants must identify the same connected device type.
