Features:
- Carries the processor, compact-flash and communication interfaces of the ACLE assembly.
- Provides two RJ-45 Ethernet ports and two DB9 serial ports at the controller faceplate.
- Separates watchdog, memory, network, flash and startup status through dedicated indicators.
IS200ACLEH1A forms the base carrier layer between the PC/104 processor and the EX2100 control-rack backplane.
The ENET1 and COM1 paths on IS200ACLEH1A support controller setup without merging configuration traffic with the second network and serial channels.
Compact-flash access and startup progress remain visible at the IS200ACLEH1A faceplate while the storage device stays secured at P9 on the carrier.
Apter Power provides quotation and system-matching support for the General Electric IS200ACLEH1A Application Control Layer Carrier Board.

Port Roles
- Network pair: IS200ACLEH1A presents ENET1 and ENET2 through RJ-45 connectors.
- Primary path: ENET1 carries Toolbox communication and the unit data highway connection.
- Serial access: COM1 and COM2 use industry-standard DB9 connectors.
- Commissioning link: COM1 accepts initial ENET1 TCP/IP settings from the Toolbox serial loader.
Load Structure
- Core load: The operating system, file system and TCP/IP components reside on compact flash.
- Runtime transfer: Controller runtime code is downloaded through ENET1.
- Application data: Toolbox records application configuration as Pcode for volatile or flash storage.
- BIOS settings: Processor-board configuration is preprogrammed and requires no normal adjustment on IS200ACLEH1A.
Indicator Meaning
- OK: The green lamp comes on after startup when the watchdog timer is enabled.
- ACTIVE: Memory access makes the green indicator blink or remain on while application code runs.
- ENET: Activity on ENET1 drives the network lamp; ENET2 has no separate faceplate lamp.
- FLASH and STATUS: Red flash access and the green startup-code sequence distinguish storage activity from diagnostic progress.
Board Connections
- Processor coupling: Board-to-board headers and five ribbon cables join IS200ACLEH1A to the PC/104 processor.
- Storage socket: P9 holds the compact-flash disk on the carrier board.
- Backplane route: P1 carries the EX2100 rack connection and requires a custom extender for pin access.
- Factory boundary: P15 remains unconnected during normal installation because it is reserved for production test.
