Features:
- Links the LM terminal hardware to the R1-core analog processing chain.
- Supports selectable milliamp outputs alongside multiple turbine-sensor inputs.
- Applies channel definitions downloaded through the Mark V operator interface.
DS200TCQEG2A is powered from TCPS through 2PL and communicates with STCA and TCQA over the shared 3PL data bus.
The board accommodates both resistive temperature channels and dynamic feedback such as vibration, shaft speed and position.
A correct installation therefore depends on matching connector destinations, jumper-selected output ranges and the saved I/O constants.
The General Electric DS200TCQEG2A Mark V LM I/O Processor Board may still be available for purchase and support from Apter Power beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

R1 Board Connections
- Operating Power: 2PL distributes board power from the TCPS supply.
- Analog Bus: 3PL joins TCQE with STCA and TCQA inside R1.
- Field Termination: JLL and JQQ link the processor to TBQE.
- Speed Source: JJQ brings shaft-speed channels from PTBA.
Conditioned Feedback Paths
- LVDT/LVDR: Position feedback enters through JLL and is scaled for the control sequence.
- RTD Excitation: TCQE supplies steady current to the connected temperature elements.
- Signal Conversion: Resistance variation is measured as a voltage change on the board.
- Engine Use: Configured channels can represent LP and HP compressor inlet temperatures.
Pulse and Relay Functions
- LP Pickup: JQJ receives magnetic-pickup signals used for low-pressure shaft speed.
- TTL Channels: Two TTL pulse-rate inputs are available through JLL.
- Shear Logic: Pulse feedback contributes to load-coupling and LP-shaft shear protection.
- Relay Command: JO routes the resulting control commands toward the TCRA relay board.
Analog Output Selection
- Two Outputs: The board drives a pair of current loops through JLL.
- Enable Jumpers: JP4 and JP6 configure the individual output circuits.
- Scale Jumpers: JP5 and JP7 distinguish the 20 mA and 200 mA maximum ranges.
- Diagnostics: Output-circuit checks are performed on TCQE before the field connection.
