Features:
- Legacy ControlLogix Modbus TCP/IP communication module
- One Client with up to 100 configured commands
- Server connections on service ports 502 and 2000
ProSoft MVI56-MNET exchanges data between a 1756 ControlLogix backplane and Modbus TCP/IP devices through a 5000-register database.
MVI56-MNET separates Ethernet transactions from processor transfers and supports both Client command execution and Server access.
Before migrating MVI56-MNET to MVI56E-MNET, preserve the configuration file, register map, ladder logic, rack location, IP settings, service ports, and connected-device addressing.
The ProSoft MVI56-MNET Modbus TCP/IP Communication Module for ControlLogix may still be available for purchase and support from Apter Power beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).
