Features:
- Routes isolated firing pulses from the drive control section to the SCR power bridge.
- Supports both forward and reverse bridge gate connections through dedicated pulse paths.
- Combines AC-line and DC-bus snubber networks with a DCFB-linked G1 interface.
The G1 arrangement distinguishes DS200PCCAG1A from PCCA groups built around other power-supply interfaces.
Pulse-transformer isolation keeps the low-level firing circuitry electrically separated from the SCR gate paths.
Connector and jumper positions must match the bridge wiring and voltage-feedback arrangement used by the installed drive.
The General Electric DS200PCCAG1A DC2000 Power Connect Card may still be available for purchase and support from Apter Power beyond End-Of-Life (EOL) by the manufacturer (OEM).

Isolated Firing Paths
- Forward Pulses: Six FPL paths carry commands for the forward SCR bridge devices.
- Reverse Pulses: Six RPL paths support reverse-bridge gate firing in regenerative arrangements.
- Pulse Transformers: Gate commands cross isolated transformer stages before reaching the SCRs.
- Control Input: The 5PL connector brings firing signals and control power from the DCFB board.
Transient Limiting Paths
- AC Protection: AC-line snubbers suppress switching spikes on the incoming power path.
- DC Protection: DC-bus snubbers limit transient voltage across the rectified link.
- Gate Protection: The network reduces stress around the bridge gate-drive circuits.
- Group Layout: The G1 configuration includes both AC and DC snubber functions.
DC2000 Connection Map
- 5PL Link: The main control connection interfaces the PCCA with the DCFB power-supply board.
- FPL Set: Forward gate outputs are separated into individually identified bridge connections.
- RPL Set: Reverse gate outputs provide the corresponding regenerative bridge paths.
- Feedback Points: P3 through P10 accommodate voltage-feedback scaling resistors.
Group-One Setup
- Board Match: The G1 board selection must agree with the installed DC2000 power structure.
- Jumper Use: Configurable jumpers set voltage-feedback and snubber-related options.
- Frame Support: The board group is used with C-frame and G-frame drive arrangements.
- Assembly Check: Connector designations provide the reference for reproducing the installed wiring layout.
