Features:
- IS210DTTCH1A terminates twelve thermocouple channels for one VTCC cable path.
- Two boards can supply a single VTCC with 24 temperature inputs.
- Cold-junction sensing, open-circuit checks, and board identification share the assembly.
The 42-position block on IS210DTTCH1A separates thermocouple conductors, shield screws, and the two SCOM points.
VTCC excites the cold-junction circuit and receives the twelve channels plus identification data from IS210DTTCH1A.
IS210DTTCH1A is a simplex board and is not the terminal assembly used with PTCC.
The General Electric IS210DTTCH1A Mark VI Thermocouple Terminal Board is listed by Apter Power with product documentation and matching support.

Twelve Temperature Inputs
- Channel count: Twelve thermocouple circuits terminate on each DTTC board.
- Processing link: One 37-pin cable carries the channel set to VTCC.
- Expanded count: Two DTTC boards give one VTCC a total of 24 inputs.
- Cold junction: The board includes a local reference with 1.1 °C accuracy.
Permanent Euro-Block
- Terminal positions: The high-density block provides 42 screw connections.
- Shield pattern: Every third screw is reserved for cable shielding.
- SCOM: Terminals 41 and 42 provide the board ground connections.
- Board format: The terminal block is fixed to the compact DIN-rail assembly.
Signals Returned Through JA1
- Measurements: Twelve thermocouple signals travel to VTCC.
- Reference: VTCC excites the cold-junction circuit and receives its measured value.
- Identification: Board ID data shares the cable path.
- Conditioning: Front-end circuits match the TBTC signal-conditioning arrangement.
Input Supervision
- Limit checks: Hardware high and low thresholds monitor each channel.
- Open circuit: Injection circuitry supports detection of a broken thermocouple path.
- ID check: VTCC can report a terminal-board mismatch.
- Hardware setup: No jumpers or switches require adjustment.
