Features:
- Converts a 125 VDC source into the regulated supplies used by a Mark VI VME rack.
- Provides 400 W output capacity and supports redundant power operation.
- Combines rack, 335 VDC, 28 VDC, peripheral, and status connections in one assembly.
IS2020RKPSG2A supplies +5 V, ±12 V, ±15 V, and ±28 VDC rails to the VME backplane.
Five 28 V sections inside IS2020RKPSG2A divide the power delivered to different portions of the rack.
IS2020RKPSG2A places its operating switch, reset function, and three status indicators on the front of the supply.
The General Electric IS2020RKPSG2A VME Rack Power Supply may be available for purchase and support from Apter Power for installed Mark VI systems.

Power and Status Connections
- Rack outputs: Upper PSA and PSB connectors deliver the regulated supplies to the VME rack.
- DC input: PS125 receives the 125 VDC source at the lower connector group.
- Auxiliary outputs: PS335, PS28, and P28C carry the high-voltage and 28 V paths.
- Status link: PSSTAT exposes power-supply condition signals to the control system.
Regulated Output Structure
- Logic rail: IS2020RKPSG2A provides the +5 V supply used by VME logic.
- Signal rails: Positive and negative 12 V and 15 V outputs support rack electronics.
- Control rails: Positive and negative 28 V outputs serve the distributed control-power loads.
- High-voltage path: A separate PS335 connection provides 335 VDC.
Remote 28 V Power Path
- Internal distribution: Five 28 V modules assign power to rack sections.
- Peripheral option: P28C can supply an external peripheral circuit.
- Normal position: The jumper keeps P28C tied to its standard rack-power arrangement.
- Isolated position: Moving the jumper separates P28C for the remote peripheral feed.
Front Controls and Rack Position
- Power switch: The front control turns IS2020RKPSG2A on or off and resets faults.
- Yellow indicator: Shows that input power is present.
- Red and green indicators: Distinguish fault and normal operating conditions.
- Installation: The supply mounts at the right side of the VME rack with its heat sink exposed.
