For an overseas buyer, product availability is only part of the decision. The buyer also needs to know who is behind the quotation, whether the company details are consistent and whether there is evidence of an active trading operation. A Bureau Veritas review gave Apter Power an independent, documented way to answer those questions.
A third-party review of company and trading records at Apter Power.
What the Review Covered
Business identity
The business licence and registered company details were checked against supporting records.
Operating location
The auditor visited the declared office and compared the address with on-site signage.
Trading evidence
Selected recent shipment and logistics records were reviewed as evidence of export activity.
Why Overseas Buyers Ask for Verification
Industrial automation orders often cross borders and may involve high-value, critical or hard-to-find parts. Before sending payment, a buyer may need to confirm that the legal entity, address, quotation and payment instructions all refer to the same company.
Independent review does not replace the buyer’s own order checks, but it provides another layer of evidence. It helps procurement and compliance teams understand that the company behind the quotation has been visited and that selected business and trading records have been examined.
The Independent Review
During the review, a Bureau Veritas auditor visited Apter Power and examined the following areas:
01. The current business licence and the consistency of the registered company information.
02. The registered address, office signage and the presence of an operating workplace.
03. Selected shipment and logistics records, including supporting tracking and delivery information.
04. The availability of records that can support follow-up checks when a buyer requests them.
Customer-sensitive information is not published in this case. Order-specific documents are shared only where appropriate and agreed.

The Outcome
According to the outcome recorded for this review, no non-conformities were noted and renewal was recommended. More importantly for customers, the process created a clearer evidence trail linking Apter Power’s company identity, operating address and selected export activity.
That evidence supports supplier due diligence, especially for a first order. It does not remove the need to confirm the exact product, condition, quantity, documentation, payment terms and delivery plan in writing.
Important scope note
This company-level review does not mean that every product supplied by Apter Power is BV-certified. It does not guarantee stock, product condition, performance, warranty, customs clearance or tariff treatment. Those points remain specific to each quotation and order confirmation.
